LESSON LEARNED.....

LESSON LEARNED AND THINGS TO AVOID.

Nobody is perfect in this world. We need to learn a lesson in order to improve ourselves. No matter what age and who we are. We need to learn a lot and there is no end in learning something that can make us a better person. For this camp, I learned how to cooperate with my team member and how to handle the participants. One thing should be bear in mind is the participants are not small kids. There are not small kids where we should annoy or scold them. Everybody make mistakes. As a facilitator, my job is to teach them and try to solve any problems that occur. I?m not just a facilitator there, but also a friend for the participants when they need me. Things to improve are basically how the games are arranged. Due to time limitation, some games are unable to play. Groups were divided into two which I think not a very good idea. This is because some of the participants like to play the games with large groups where they can compete with each other. They want to see how other groups? performance.
Last but not least, I would to thank everybody that worked so hard to make this camp a successful camp. Good luck.

hi Aso....you done a grate job. i agree with you....the participants are not a small kid and some of them are elder than us. that why....in my opinion, we shouldn't scold or too controling them. instead we should be friend with them and share opinion with them. not too much instructing them. besides...divided them into two big group and let them play on their own is not a good idea. We should let them play in a big group...let them knowing each other and compete in a big group. i think, this will lead to a more fun situation. Many games are not played during the camp....due to time problem...but somehow we still manage to success the camp. thanks to all of you....have fun and relax.....let it be our sweet memory..haha....cheezy cheezy...
