LAST MINUTE PREPARATION

 

        Language camp will be held on this weekend 11 ? 12 March, still we have a lot of preparation to be done. So far, for our games ?Drawing Blind? and ?The Last Letter?, my partner Vimmy and I already settle the manual and make corrections for students manual. We need to make adjustment in order to make the sentences simpler and easy for understanding. For ?Drawing Blind? manual, we have included more vocabularies for students? reference in order to give them guideline when describing the picture. Besides, we have prepared a simpler and easy draw picture in which need only a few vocabularies to describe it for instance, round shape, rectangular, semi-circle, square and so on. Furthermore, we have made adjustment for the materials, where we will only provide the mahjong paper and marker pen; meanwhile, the participants themselves will bring the blind fold. For ?The Last Letter?, we have to find a list of animal exist in the world since we have decided to make use of animal for this game.  

        Furthermore, my partner for the camp Iri and I have to find or create cheers and also find a few songs. The purpose is to provide or suggest a cheer for the participant as their group cheer and also a song for them to practice for camp idol. However this preparation is as backup purposes since the participants are encourage creating and make decision for their own cheer and song. So far, I have found a few cheers but only the lyrics. Hence, I have to create the rhythm for the cheers. Meanwhile for the song, I think ?Anyone of Us? by Gareth Gates is great and meaningful. My partner Iri has suggested ?Shape of my Heart? by Backstreet Boy. Somehow, we decided to suggest the song ?Shape of My Heart?.

        Well not forget our first aid group member, we have a short discussion on the first aid kit, materials or things that we need to provide as well as the time schedule for our duty since we will work as partner. I have to prepare some first aid kits that are possible for us to provide such as pannadol, ?chi-kit? pills and so on. Well, to our leader?Mimi?don?t worry because I have already packed all the thing that you told.

        Lastly, to all the teslians?.be prepared and have fun?.
