hi beautiful people....

Things to avoid and Lesson learned

At the end of a day, we would realise that lots of things had occurred; people whom we had met, places that we had gone, and situation that we had encountered. In short, we would be doing a post-mortem for the day. So, it wouldn?t be a surprise if I say that I did a post-mortem on the camp. In summary, I wanted to analyse on the things which we should have had avoided and the lessons which we had learned out of the mistakes we had made. First and the foremost, we as the facilitators, should not treat the participants as a child as they are matured people. We must always be an example to the participants. Never let them find fault in us. No matter in what! The most important of all, mix around with them. During break, sit and spend some time with them. Let them know that we are a bunch of friendly people. Always have a pleasant smile on your face. Never let them find out that you are exhausted.
Hope these would be useful guidelines for the future TESL undergraduates.

well done for the good job. i strongly agree with your view on how we must treat the participants. just would like to suggest if we have more time, then the camp will be more exciting.... what do you think? The more game play the more merrier it will be.

HEY POOH BEAR...

I totally agree with ur suggestions on the way we should treat our participants. I feel that we should be more friendly towards them. There should be a constant smile on our faces so that it would've seemed that we're friendly people and easy to approach.
