So, what we did was appoint a game master for every activity and also crews to help. The reason behind this is to ease the burden of the group mates (besides, everyone should be lending a helping hand and not ride the bus for free). So, the day before the camp, we did a little group hug group meeting. We shared our progress and ideas for activities. All game masters explained how their games work and gave the steps and rules for their activities. We don't want facilitators to not know what to do. We also discussed on other alternatives, just in case things happen differently. Every game master should provide the necessities for their game.
Example:
For the game charade, they would have to prepare the sets of words for every group.
So, basically everyone knows what to do and what is what. In the meeting we also discussed on other things like dress code, theme for the skit, group names and a few others. Generally, everyone was given the tentative and task. Everything went well during the meeting. Everyone was well prepared and responsible, which made everything easy. Hah.
