We have a meeting on tonight. Farhana gave some briefing regarding the program for this coming Saturday. Besides that, we did some work on the games that will be played in language camp. We also wrapped the hampers, make a completed files where by we put the sticker on the front page (name of program and competitors’ name), and put some papers and a pencil in each files. Moreover, we have to listen to people who gave some briefing on his/ her game- some excellent games that have been selected. For each game, there are some materials/ aids that should be done for the game. We must prepare all those things for 100 students. Time is constraints in order to make all those things. We don’t have enough time. Instead, they are several instructors who did not come on that night. Each of us also has task or work to be done but please participate this program because it is hard to conduct if no cooperation between instructors. Briefing on this tonight by game masters are to ensure that the program run smoothly and so go flow. Instructors who did not come this tonight may loose everything and did not know the new tentative of the program or the final changing made at last.
