- I did the paperwork (with azra) (various time of reprinting..)
- I met the Dean for the approval (and received a free lecture..)
-then I start to "pening" ...
-I did most of the planning of the ELC..(but thanks to all friends who had helped!!)(always have my Language Games book in hand)
-I was the face that Mr G and Dr Azman have to see almost every week..(I lost count how many time..)
-Mr G's and Dr Azman's hp number was in my speed dial..
-I have to cater almost every problem that occured..
-I have to think how to make things simpler..especially when I need to explain in meetings..
- I have to think..
-and think..
-and think..
-and plan..
-and plan..
-and walk
-and walk
-and fake a "I'm not tired" look on my face..
-and fake a "I'm not tired and stressed" look on my face again..
-cater every questions and problems..
-provide answer to problems that occur..
-and "pening" again...
end of story...hehe..fuuh!! (but I had fun!! no faking!!
)because of my "pening", I just posted a story (the "my side of story")..hAhA!!
so let's point out my reflection here (there's reflection too in "my side of story"..pls comment on that one too!! coz mark will be given for 5comments each essay..huhu..)
my refection:
-always plan well
-do not stressed if there's any problem..
-treat people as you want yourself to be treated..
-be patient
-task delegation is the really crucial!
-be loud to be a good facilitator!!
-walk is good for your health..but tiring!!

I personally think that you are a very good camp director. It's a good thing that you were picked as the director coz I don't think anybody could have done it any better than you did. Thanks a lot for making the language camp work. I think I can sense an A student in this subject...Can't you? ;-)

eniway,throughout the ELC,u did a greeat job...im so proud of u...the 1st day we were in the camp,u looked tired,walking around with ur size 3 feet,hahaha...u deligate all tasks,especially the tiny,tiny things very well...congrats!!!

Finally we as a team managed to do it! cheers. This is One of the big successes throughout the course for each of us. All of us had played our roles successfully. Overall;there are no such thing to b call as ‘My’ success, I think the word “Ours” is the best to describe us as 3SPL camp B + A as well. Suya, Congratulation for being a Great Director for Camp B and managed to delegate every tiny parts among ourselves. Good Luck for final dik Non!

First and foremost, congratulation to you and other facis for OUR success!! Of course to Camp A as well. you are such a great leader that you managed to delegate even single tiny task to the ‘labour’ like us. :P I also would like to apologize for not contributing that much to our camp. insyallah, if I get another chance some other days, I’ll contribute as much as possible. I want to challenge Nora.. hahaha.. :P just kidding! :P me myself really enjoyed the camp especially during the Happy Melodies session. I tend to forget myself and everything including our assignmets. Hahaha. :P also, would like to thank you for teaching us the steps for “together together” thing. really enjoyed that session. Surprisingly, everyone showed their ‘unexpected talents’ huh? :P here also, would like to wish you “Good Luck for the exams!!” have a nice day!!

I think you and Azra worked together perfectly..always ready with powerpoint slides for our meetings..hehe..anyway, you're a great director.. as you said, you did all the thinking and I think that is the hardest part..(all the grouping and all that).. so a great job and well done!

thanks a lot for helping me with the manual. we stayed up together to make sure that everything was perfect. as long as i remembered, you did your checking about 5 or 6 times. correct me if im wrong.
errmm, since we are staying at the same block, i knew how much you need to sacrifice to make our ELC a successful one. the price actually paid, right dear? it was worth it! (^_^)
