• preparing the speech together with Sofia for the welcoming ceremony
• discuss with Wani in terms of the turns for the Drama Presentation
• discuss with Nadia & Sofia for the tentative of the closing ceremony

2. I was the one in-charge for Souvenir Bureau
• planning the categories of the winners – Best Drama
– Best Group
– Best Participant
– Best Actress/ Drama
Queen
• discuss with Pn. Sharifah for the budget of buying the presents
• buy the presents
• wrap the presents and hampers together with the other facilitators

3. I was the one in-charge for the exercise slot
• preparing the steps for aerobic
• finding songs that are suitable for the activity
• have to teach and practice with the other facilitators first at KTF
• being the instructor during the exercise slot at the camp

4. I was the one who in-charge for Familiar Tune slot
• practice with the other facilitators on the song to show our identity
• preparing the physical movements
• helping Sofia conducting the slot

5. I was helping my friends even though the tasks are not my actual tasks
• together with the other facilitators preparing and practicing our
performance for the camp
• assisting Dayah to wash the cups
• helping Nadia preparing the back drop for the closing ceremony at the hall
• helping Aida take care and carrying the materials properly, etc.
