1 . Reports from
? Material Department : Collected t-shirts from all facilitators , printing of t-shirts
undone because no information received from Banchee insofar , Banner in
progress , planning of backdrop for opening and closing ceremony still in
progress .
? Game Master : Collected 6 games to be use for Language Camp .
2 . Facilitators are being grouped into 10 at random .
3 . Discussion of program tentative .
4 . Allocation of job for committee members : Farizal - prepare and deliver speech for opening ceremony , Farah , Kristy , Marsha - conduct the morning exercise session .
5 . Discussion on selected games for language camp .

6 . Discussion on the date to do the briefing session and material preparation : Agreed to be done on Wednesday , 30/01/2002 , 8.00 p.m at faculty . All committee members and facilitators are compulsory to attend it .
7 . Discussion about the fund for the language camp . Matters arises : the school is recently affected by flood and incapable of providing fund to support the camp , therefore , the facilitators must find a way to overcome the problem . The faculty is not going to fund this project because they claimed it to be " irrelevant" ( which is unsurprising since that had always been their reply for each time a course project are to be organized and funds are needed !!) . Board of sponsors are going to find sponsor from outsiders . Meanwhile , pray to god it will be sufficient !
