Assalamualaikum & hello everyone,
Language play day (Feb 18, 2006) was the most pleasant moment I have ever had under TESL activities so far. It was a day filled with joy and happiness (I?m sure all of you felt the same way too).
I would like to reflect the day by highlighting it in three areas. The first area would be the management. I am satisfied with the arrangement even though we have to change place from Dewan Kencana in College 13 to Dewan Sri Alam in KTF (not a big deal). We still got a spacious and comfortable place to have fun with all the games. We should thank ARBAIAH for being the leader. The food was okay, made us survive until about 5 p.m. The allocation of time for each game was satisfactory and all the games played as planned.
Second area is concerning the content of the day. I am sure we have learned of at least ten fun and stimulating language games on that day. I agree that we have to improvise our game here and there but the best part was to get the idea of the game that might never cross our mind before. I would here grant thousand of gratitude to my team partner NURDAYANA IZYAN (Oshin) for the hard effort and all the resistance we have been through. You have been a good partner anyway. I believe everyone enjoy GUESS IT as mush as we did. So by now, there shouldn?t be any problem to convince people out there and proved them that English is for everyone. So, get ready, English is about to approach anyone, anywhere at anytime.
Third area is the relationship among TESLian. We never had a chance to get closer enough to each other since most of the time we met, it was in class. We did joke around and had conversation, but on that day we are UNITED. We change ideas, tolerate and cooperate each other and even being so sincere in friendship (a bouquet of compliment to MURNI SALINA for the helping hand during the ?car crash? incident).
CONGRATULATIONS everyone! TESLian rules..woohoo..
