For
the
language camp, since we are guys trying to be professional and do our
best, I would want to consider about the environment of the hall. I
thought of attraction and welcoming scene to make difference. I had
something in my mind: I want to cover some snacks for the entrance and
create attractive and colorful environment for the incoming. For this, I
think we do not need so much money, it can be cheaper just buying the
majong paper and prepate some attractive scene with majong papers. this
is my idea. if you like to vote, we can proceed it and prepare it.

I'm Ok with the idea. Perhaps we can have
- A banner of Language Camp at the entrance.
This will be enough for decoration.
About the snacks, I heard Aqilah is going to give them some sweets during her ice-breaking session. Please check it with her. If she's giving them the sweets during her game, then perhaps we do not need to give them any snacks at the entrance.
it is fin with me and the majong paper is available anyway so if everyone is ok with the idea, we can do this after our Friday meeting or Wednesday class and I prefer after Wed class. however, there should a clear idea of what we want to do so we do not waste our time in discussing about it
it is a good idea, i agree with this idea. it will be attractive and suitable the content of language game, i am in. Let's discuss about this on this coming Friday.
Kubra, I have applied mahjong paper from Faculty office. We don't have to buy it. I'm not good in decorating or artistic or drawing stuffs, so you ask me to help you to get the materials.
So Quby, is the plan still on? When do you guys plan to do it? Preferably before 2pm, Friday. I am not able to join if after 6pm.
