Previously i send a post related to lunch section, but at that time the venue was KTF hall but since it has been changed to KDSE hall we may need to consider about this again. The location of the hall is exactly first floor of the KDSE cafe, it is good that it is at the cafe, but there is a problem sometimes(may say most of the time) the restaurants in the cafe are not opening for lunch time especially at the weekend, since most of the students are out of campus.There are 2 restaurants actively working in the cafe. So i have a suggestion, how if we deal with the restaurant and they cook a few types of local foods that also international student can also eat like Nasi Goreny Ayam Kunyit or whatsoever. What do you think guys, students will still pay for themselves, but we are only going to make sure one of the cafe is definitely open otherwise, all of us will remain hungry since there is no other cafe around KDSE... :((

This is a good idea. Since you are staying at KDSE, maybe you could ask the stall keeper whether he will open on coming saturday or not. If we were to ask him to open, we must make sure most of us eat at his stall as he is opening for us. If many of us agree, then you may consider to talk to the PIC of the stall. However, if the stall is not opening on the day, we still could ask any of our course mates (have vehicle) to be the runner and buy food for the rest. So, do not worry we would not starve. =)
Yes. I agree with what Habe suggest. But then it would be if the stall open, then would be better, since we have 50 people in this event, so it will be quite troublesome for us to buy lunch for everyone.
I agree with Habelasha's opinion. The students are all 1st year students. Usually they do not have vehicle. So the idea of asking the Cafe to open on the day would be good. As for the Faci's, it will be beneficial for us because we do not have to travel to buy food and save more time to prepare. :)
We are going to settle the lunch problem and so do they. Problem solved! =)

usually such extra work creates problems. What if the students settled their lunch issue already? Is not the Cafe people going to be upset from us haha
