For your information, we need an approval letter from Faculty of Education to secure the venue for our language camp. Below is the working timeline:
07/11 - Ruzaini had a consultation with Mr Ghazali regarding the event proposal. He got some feedback from Mr Ghazali and he did some corrections to the proposal.
08/11 - Transfer of the proposal from Ruzaini to Luk Jing. Luk Jing took over the job of applying for the approval letter and the venue. Habelasha helped Luk Jing to get the signature from Mr Ghazali.
09/11 - Cover letter was added to the proposal. Credit to Habe for coming up with the cover letter. =)
12/11 - Submission of the proposal to Education Faculty. (Pending)

Hi Luk Jing. If we get the approval letter, do we still need to pay for KTF hall? Since we have a limited budget, I think we should do our best not to pay for the hall.
Hi Kubra, if we have the approval letter, then we do not need to pay for the hall. So we MUST get the approval letter, which we're trying our best right now. :)
I think this is going well so far and I do not think the people responsible in the faculty will reject our request. Do you know how much time does it take to get the approval? and please let us know when it is confirmed.

Hi Fatima, I'm not sure how long it's gonna take. I think it depends on the efficiency of the staff at Faculty Office. Ya, I also see no reason for them to reject us. =S
