Assalamualaikum and Hi.
Before the negotiation camp begins, we had our last meeting in the evening to make sure all the problems come in can be solved before the camp. Besides, in order to make the negotiation camp run smoothly, we have discussed on several issues to get better management during the camp. All of us, sharing our ideas and thoughts to come out with a better solution to the issues or problems comes in.
I have been assigned to the multimedia part with Intan. At the last meeting, we have divided a task which is taking the photos and videos during the negotiation camp in different slots. All together, we have 6 slots. So in each slot, we have three different people who are responsible to take the photos and videos. There are three major cameras that we are going to use in the negotiation camp, which will capture the formal pictures which show the flow of the camp, videos and fun pictures. Me and Intan is responsible for the pictures and videos on the Slot 1 and Slot 1 which are the opening and the closing of the camp.
We have made sure all the cameras are available and well-functioned with fully charged-battery to prevent any other technical problems during the camp because photos and videos are important for the documentation for this negotiation camp.

I think coming up with the different slots are very helpful. It is fun too, as I get to play around with the camera and snap some pictures during the camp :3
