Assalamualaikum and Hi everyone,
First of all, I would like to congratulate
all of my classmates, congratulations guys J we
really did a great job in conducting the negotiation camp. I believe that all of us have given our best
to make the camp successful. One thing
that I love the most about this camp is our team work. Everyone did their work
and support each other. It has made the bond between us all become stronger.
As for my reflection, I have discovered that facilitators
play an important role when handling their group. Group facilitators are responsible
to make the students become energetic and give their full cooperation when playing
the games. How the group facilitators handle their group will influence the
students’ interest towards the games and the camp. For example, Seha and Chang,
they manage to make their group become livelier in all games even if the
students were already tired. They stand up when giving instructions so that the
all of the group members can see them, they divide the students properly when
the game needed them to divide the group into two teams and they also make
jokes.
Besides that, I also learn that it was very
challenging to make the students focus during the games when they were all
tired. One of the examples was during Aliya’s game. Aliya’s game was one of my
favorite games but her game was just right before lunch and most of the
students were thinking about lunch and they were all tired that they did not
give their full cooperation when playing the game.
Though there were few problems, we were all satisfied with ourselves
that we managed to handle the camp. We all had so much fun during the camp and
it was one of the sweet memories that we have created before our graduation.
Last but not least, thank you Mr G for giving us the opportunity to organize a camp
and also for all your support and guidance in making the camp successful.

It was a let down when we played the most interesting game at the wrong time. Participants are tired and hungry that they can't focus in the game. Credits to the facilitator for lighting up the mood.
