A day before the language camp was filled with final preparations from all committees. A short meeting with the director of the language camp was held in order to revise back every preparation and to make sure that all plannings are on track, especially on the games so that there will be no major faults or problems on the actual day. During the meeting, we also discussed as a group on an abrupt problem that occurred regarding the venue, with all the members pouring out ideas to solve it, but fortunately, it was solved.
As an individual, I did some preparations of studying the lesson plans for the games being held during the camp and made sure I understood all of the rules as I will be one of the facilitators on the day of the camp. I was also in charged of the name tags for the participants and facilitators, so I had to properly ensure that enough name tags were prepared for them and the size of it is appropriate; according to the preference of others. Everything went smoothly on the day before the camp but it was totally nerve-wracking to wait for the actual day.
