One day before the language camp, we had our final meeting
before the actual language camp. The main aim of our meeting was to ensure
that everything is well-prepared before the actual day of the camp. We sat in a
circle and discussed about any problems and we solved it together. We double
confirmed on the allocation of jobs for each of us on the day of the camp.
Enquiries or confusions were also voiced out so as to ensure that nothing goes
wrong on the day of the camp. All of us really hoped that the language camp
will be successful and we really put in great effort. At the end of the
meeting, all of the game masters held their own meeting to discuss about any
problems they faced in the games.
As for me,
on the night before the language camp, I did my own preparation by reading
through all of the lesson plans given in the booklet. I tried my best to
understand thoroughly each of the game as I am aware that I am playing an
important role as a facilitator on the day of the camp to guide the students. I
really hoped that I can be a good facilitator for the participants.
