One of my responsibilities for the language camp is to get a suitable place for the event to be conducted. Dzamir and I were in charge of booking the place for the event. The process of booking was very smooth until something came up on the day before language camp. We were informed by KRP college's staff that the key for the hall was taken by somebody else. Therefore, we contacted the person who held the key. However, the process of negotiating was not going smoothly as they did not want to pass the key to us because they wanted to use the hall on the same day too. Despite all the hardships, we have managed to get the key from him at the end of the day. The responsibilities that we were having was that no matter what kind of obstructions were coming against us, we still need to find the solution for it.
Other than that, I was assigned as one of the ten facilitators. My task of being a facilitator is to guide the participants to play the games throughout the language camp. I also had to bring the participants of my group with Seha into the 'game' atmosphere so that they can participate the game actively. Not only that, we need to ensure that participants enjoyed the game which I think they really did on that day. Besides, we also need to make sure that they interact among each other during the activities.
In short, facilitating the participants has brought me a lot of unforgetable memories. Thank you

Yes. Being a facilitator is important enough as interact with our participants for the whole day. I can’t imagine if the facilitator did not know his responsibilities while conducting the game. I am sure some of the participants will be neglected and the camp eventually did not succeed.
