responsibility

Responsibility?.

 

Well...I think this is the busiest week for all of us.....(the teslians). We have to do lots of works, prepared the materials for the games, practice for the cheer and song and so on. In order to make success for this camp, I believe all the teslians did work out very hard both mentally & physically....     

          Basically, in this camp, all of us work as a facilitator to guide the participants. We all have our own role and responsibilities along the camp.

Well, as a facilitator I have to guide my group member (white Cat) in order to motivate and exposed them to learn as well as enjoy the language learning. All the facilitator have to give briefing for the games to the group member and make sure that they really understand the rules of the game.

          For me, I play as a faci group cheer where we have to present a cheer on stage to give motivation to the participants on how we as TESL students enjoy the language learning and have fun with it. We make use of an energetic song and change the lyrics based on motivation purposes in order to let the participants enjoy and have fun with us. We want them to know that they can learn language in a fun and interesting way, be confident as well as gain some exciting and unforgettable memory from this camp.

          Besides, I and other faci also need to memorize and perform camp song ?I Believe? during the camp.  We have to play a sporting role in order to attract participants to enjoy the Language camp and let them believe that learning English is fun and enjoyable.

          Furthermore, I was put under first aid group where we need to take in charge on participant health condition, make sure that the first aid kit is available and complete, give first aid treatment if there is any minor injury, provide things that we bring if there is any demand and so on and at last we must make sure that all the first aid kit are returned to the K9/KTF. Thanks to all the first aid member...Mimi, Nik, Iri & Nadia.

          Then....i have been assigned to be in charge at one of the check point for 'The Amazing Race'. ....it's an interesting game.

          Last but not least....Vimmy, Aso, Poo and I have been given a task to prepare reward stars for the participants. Although  the reward stars are in round shape but it's very nice and colourful. I hope the participants will like it. haha...
