Tasks & Resposibilities

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone ,

I believe this is the busiest week we (3^rd year TESLian) have ever experienced throughout this semester . The week filled with preparations (documentation), practices (cheerleading & TPR) and establishment (mental & physical). We have to ensure that this camp will be as flourishing as the play day before, which was a victorious event.

Everyone had their own tasks in making sure that the camp will end with flying colors. By right, all of us should now know as well as be prepared with the responsibilities given. We are depending on each other, so at this point we have to be unified and try to lay our hands whenever appropriate.

My responsibilities as the secretary are to prepare every part of official lettering as regards to the camp. I have to prepare official letters to get the authorization for out campus activity from the faculty. The letters are address to Dr Hafidz Omar, Miss Fatimah Puteh and Mr. Asram Sulaiman@Saim. Since the camp will start on Friday afternoon, a number of us taking the subject of Graphic and Animation Technology will have to be excused from attending the class at 3 to 6 p.m. In this case have to prepare another letter for the lecturer, Mr. Abdul Razak Bin Idris informing about the event. Again another letter prepared to apply for Video and Audio System from the faculty for the camp. I have prepared it and passed it to the committee responsible.

At the same time, as the leader of Public Relation (PR) Committee I have to deal with the organizers (KTF and K9) about things for the camp. Oshin and Asotha are the committee members helping me reminding the organizers in providing the materials and first aid kit as they promise before. We collected all the materials on Thursday night and the materials have been distributed by our Director, Miss Bae.

Apart from that, my TPR team and I are busy practicing all the steps for a morning slot of aerobic session during the camp . We create steps and movements as well as arranging the music and try to synchronize them together.

Here, I would like to address my highest appreciation to Mr Ghazali (Mr G) for all the guidance, thanks to Oshin and Asotha under Public Relation Committee and lot of gratitude to my friend (guest VIP Facilitator) , Miss Suhaila for being so helpful (time and vitality).
