Responsibilities

 

Assalamualaikum and hi to everyone?

 

I have been assigned to take charge of the safety committee with three other friends, Watee, Shai and Vinot. Our main responsibility is to make sure of participants? safety and well-being.  Shai is the leader of this committee. We have been agreed that he will patrol the safety for the whole camp together with Vinot while Watee and I more to sentry the participants? wellbeing and security.

Besides that, I am also responsible to prepare the prize together with Yana, Nini and Watee. We have been assigned to prepare rewards for seven categories that are BEST DRAMA, BEST GROUP, BEST CLEANING SERVICE, BEST PARTICIPANT, AMAZING RACE, DRAMA QUEEN and CAMP IDOL. The fund for the rewards is quite tight so that we have to be very selective and prudent in allocating the budget for each and every prize bought. In the beginning, we only could bear to prepare five prizes to be given away but after some problem is solved, we managed to add up the prizes to seven categories.

Apart of the responsibilities for the administrative task, we also have to improvise our game that has been played during the play day according to the comments by Mr. G and fellow friends. As for Jehan and me, we have to come out with brand new game but still use song as main material. The name of the new game is Listen Right. We have chosen two songs that will be used in this game that are GOODBYE by Celine Dion and MAMA MIA by ABBA. This game is based on listening skill. We hope that Listen Right will give benefit to the participants in the upcoming Language Camp. Other than that, I?m also responsible to handle the drama presentation together with Jehan and Vimalah. Thanks to Mr. G for his idea about the theme for the drama presentation. Basically, the idea of coming out with the sequel for the local and international fairy tales is Mr. G?s idea. Hopefully, the drama presentation will meet it objectives that are to enhance students? speaking skill and to encourage students to work cooperatively.

Last but not least, I?ve been assigned to work with Kak Nini (Suhani) for the facilitating task during the English Camp. Kak Nini is a nice person to be with and I?m very happy to be her partner. Love u sisJ! We?ll be facilitating the RED CAT team. I cannot wait to meet all the participants. I believe that Kak Nini and I will give our best for the RED CAT teamJ. Finally, for all the teslians, happy working and lets get cracking to bring into being the best English Camp ever! Ganbatte guys!
