My reflection of the language camp (Wong)

I am happy that our negotiation camp is successful. I want to thank all of my classmates who really gave good cooperation and try our best in conducting the camp. Although it is not a perfect camp but we already try our best in preparing and conducting the camp. I really enjoy the camp and it gives me the new experience in preparing and conducting the camp. Everyone is learnt from the mistakes. I realized some of the problems or challenges that we faced when we conducted the camp. Firstly, we lack off confident in presenting or giving the idea and instruction to the participants.  It is because the participants will criticism or judge on the camp. Secondly, I think we had the problem in time- consuming. We did not manage our time well so the camp is rushing. Some of the group cannot finish the discussion on time but they force to stop the discussion because lack out of time. They also feel tired because the activities were too pack and did not have a break between the morning section. Thirdly, it is hard to give clear instruction to the participants. I think the other problems also mention at the post mortem during the last class.
