On the 10th of January, we had a short meeting or rather a briefing session by the director on the outcome of their first visit to the school, Sekolah Kebangsaan Air Manis.The school has agreed to have us conduct the language camp there.The only thing that has not been settled was the budget for food for the 100 participants.We were also requested to meet Ecik Asram to get back our proposal and the materials which they have agreed to provide us.We were also asked to hand over the L1 and L2 as requested. On the 7th of January had a short meeting wth the director, Farhana at the foyer (PSZ).This was actually a discussion on matters concerning the proposal for the language camp.We went through the objectives and some of the details to be enclosed in the proposal.We did some adjustments with the objectives, the number of students to be involved in the camp and a few minor details.The proposal would be forwarded to the Head of Dept., Faculty of Education ( Dr. Hafiz bin Omar) and the Deputy Registrar Officer,En Asram.The PROs would be entrusted with this duty.(1/27/2002 2:30:09) I have posted this to language game report instead of GAMEPLAN.I am transferring this to the right destination.
