Hi girls and Ruzaini :)
On the day of the programme, Lin Han and I will be the technical support and the runner. We'll cover everything from
1. getting the things that you all wanted to buy
2. ensuring the presentation slides going well (if there any)
3. ensuring that the microphones works well from the beginning to the end
So, on the day, there would be problems or anything to do with emergency, all of you can find Lin Han and me. We will help you with anything. :)
For now, I need to come out with a list of things to buy. The activity unit and souvenirs perhaps have something that you guys wanted to buy? or to make it even better, we can buy together. :)

Qila and Lin Han, We will definitely shout your names a lot during the activities so please bear with us girls
About the materials such as pens/papers/folders, Su Ching said that we can apply for the stationery from the faculty if we have the approval letter.
For printing, we can ask for it at SUB Printing Centre as well.
Maybe you can ask Su Ching more about it. Let's try to cut our costs as much as possible.
yes, we always need plan B in case. So maybe on that day, some of us may have some problems or personal issues thus she/he cannot does her job well, then she/he may need your help to make sure everything goes well.
So keep attention to all the possibilities, we need to well prepared.
Ok. I will take note on everything that you guys said. For the stationary, I will need to ask from the activity unit if they need these things. :-)
now i know what i should do on that day,actually i feel little confusing about the job i had.
Do not worry Lin Han, U have me. Our job is to handle the ice breaking session also. I will brief you later on. ok? ^^
