As the person who in charge of the technical, we gonna face a lot of problems such as finding the pen-drives on that day. And because of the equipment we going to use are the laptops, pen-drives, cameras, different teaching aids etc. So we really need to keep our own personal belonging safe and well located. Furthermore, for me and qila, we are going to run errand on that day, so in order to help you guys to get want you want immediately, please take care you own personal belonging.
Here are my suggestions of this issue:
- If you cannot take care of your own belongings, please let others know and ask them to keep an eye on it.
- If you pick up anything which is not belong to you, please try to give it back to the owner as soon as possible.
- Please mark you own belongings if there is a possibility of forget to take or wrong taken.
- Keep your personal belongings away from the children, in case that the little kids maybe will take your belongings just for fun.
- Keep the valuables always with you to avoiding the happen of wrong taken or lose.

my suggestion is that the slides or music we are going to use we put them in one folder and copy to two or three pen drives, and there need to be 2 laptops just in case one is not work. Thus, the person only need to take care of these two laptop and 2/3 pen drives.
i know i am being agree with you Ling Yao for so many comments but before see your comment i was thinking the same idea :) so i agree with you. But and other belongings that we have or the students have to be put all in same place for them different place and for us an other place thus there will be a few corners that they should keep on eye.
Actually most of the lost items that are reported after such events are because the owners forget where they put their things most of the time so just be careful people and everything will be just fine "I hope".
Yes, Lin San, you find an important issues when we setting an activity. Keep the things into right order and right place is the best solution for this issues.
