I'm ling yao, and for me there is no job on external affairs, and Ruzaini suggested a new job for me and Suching is security. Still not sure the job is confirm or not. However, whether my job is the security or not.
The safety issues should be considered during our language camp since we need take care of all the participants.
So before we begin all the activities, I will check all the equipment whether they are in the safety place. Check is there any dangers in the environment.
However, I'm not familiar with the job, so anyone has any ideas about that? What should I prepare? any suggestions? Thanks.

I think the main task is to check to the venue, to see whether is it safe for the delegates and faci to conduct the sessions.
Next, is to check equipments, like tables and chairs. Other than that, we may want to come out with rules and regulations for the delegates to obey during this camp.
Hello..i think what you can do is try to apply for an emergency box that can be obtain from PK..it is important to prepare the box during the camp to ensure emergency aid can be given if there are any emergencies..
Ruzaini Aziz, I am not sure that they actually give such emergency aids to one day camp that is conducted inside the campus.
The thing that really need you to consider is students' discipline because in such events, many students may feel bored and may not be back on time especially after lunch. Of course this does not mean to follow them but they usually sit carelessly outside the halls, so consider grouping the students fast so we can start on time and finish on time.

As for the first aid box, I think we can get it from the Health Centre, can try to ask from them. But then again I need approval letter.
Regarding the First aid box is an good idea. I have the sample of letter to apply first aid box from PK. But, we used to apply with the approval letter from HEMA. I am not sure how soon we have to apply. But, we could get it for even 1 day event. Then, Fatimah's suggestion is also good. We would have to "control" the participants. Ensure all of them be in the hall before the activities begin will be a part of your job scope. Don't worry, we will be helping you. =)
