One Day before the Negotiation Camp (Yana)

            One day before the Negotiation Camp, we had a meeting to discuss the flow of the negotiation camp and revise all the games that will be played on the next day. Our director keep reminding us that we were a team and we can do it well as a team. The main focus during the meeting was ensuring everyone to be mentally and physically prepared because we were quite exhausted of organizing a faculty programme a day before Negotiation Camp. However, we kept highly spiritual as all the team members supported each other and kept bracing everyone with positive vibes.

            For myself, I had done a brief revision on the lesson plan of the games and made myself truly understand the rules of the games. It was hard for me actually to be mentally prepared because it was not a school children programme but a university students programme where most of them had a same proficiency level with me. I felt very nervous but finally I did it very well and proud of myself. Thanks everyone!
