My reflection of the Negotiation Camp (Yana)

Negotiation Camp had given a big impact to me as a language student. I thought that it would only be handled as usual seminar, giving talk to the participants and they jotted down all the notes given. Hey, I was wrong! Negotiation is fun though!
It was totally different from any other camp that I had involved before. The input given was light but meaningful. It was conveyed in a fun way which is game yet the content is there. Congratulation Mr G for your guidance and support. This camp ran smoothly, interesting and enjoyable. One of the participants joke around with me that he wished there would be another Negotiation Camp organized by Mr G and I just replied ‘wait and see’. Hahaha.

From my perspective, this camp was a VICTORY. Every participants seem so excited all the day and most importantly, this camp had cultivated some values to the participants. Only few of them were late after the lunch break and for me myself, language is not something linear anyway. I began to appreciate that language is not a text anymore. It is an art where you can play with it and enjoy with it. Yes, that is the art of negotiation.

Thank you.
