One
day before the language camp, we are having some problems in dealing with the
hall’s key. Due to the unclear procedure or policy, the key was with another
person which is not related with our language camp. Hence, our classmates have
to negotiate and discuss with the person in details. Finally, we manage to have
the key and everything is just worthwhile for us as we have to contact several
person in order to help us get the key with the reasonable reason.
Apart
from those, we are also having the meeting for the last time as a group so that
we are aware with each other’s responsibilities during the camp. Game masters
also did the practice several times in order to make sure the instructions can be understood by the participants. Definitely, before the camp, cooperation and commitment from each others are important so that the camp can be going on smoothly. That all from me. Thank you.
that day before the language camp was indeed a hard day for all of us. We were so worry that we had to change our venue. However, we were glad that we managed to get the key from them. By the way, I also agree with you that the last meeting was very important because we had to know our responsibilities on that day.
