Before we had a meeting in the afternoon, we have received a shocking news. There was an event meant to be held on the day of our language camp too. The event was scheduled to start at 5pm which we thought the event would not clash with our schedule. However, after Dzamir and I had a meeting with the organizers, they told us that they need to use the hall before 5pm for decoration. Based on the hall registration form, they booked the time at 5pm. Hence, they should not enter to the hall before 5pm. The main problem was the key. The key was with them as they took the key earlier than us. Despite all the troubles, we got the key eventually after the second round of negotiation.
Other than the issue, everything went well during our meeting with our director about the language camp. We have discussed all the procedures of the event and the six games once again to ensure all of us were clear about our own tasks on that the day of langauge camp. Well, I think that everything went well eventually at the end of the day before the language camp. So that's all from me, thank you.
Definitely, it was a problem for us when the key for the hall was not with us. In this situation, I am not going to blame anyone but I think the one who responsible giving the keys to the right person is important. Every of the organizations should have a policy right? Same goes with our situation which I think they should know the procedure well before giving the key to anyone. Hmm. never mind, everyone is not perfect and we learnt from the mistakes. The most important is we learnt some precious experience from this camp.
