Experience 5

Hi there,

What I want to write in this post is about how inconvenience it is to not be able to interact or communicate in Chinese language. Half of my students from both classes are Chinese. I wish I did learnt Chinese Language such as Mandarin instead of French or Japanese during my first year in University.

This way, I can use Mandarin to interact with my Chinese students and more importantly, if I know their language, I will be able to know what they are thinking as well as what they are talking among themselves. During my class, most of my Chinese students will talk with their friends using Mandarin. What usually happens after I talk or ask questions to them is they will turn to their friends and they will discuss or ask anything using their Mandarin and then reply back to me in English.

Sometimes, when they are not satisfied with what I said or asked them to do, they will talk using Mandarin which I don't understand. As they know I didn't understand what they are talking about, I'm pretty sure they are expressing their unsatisfactions toward me and gossiping about me. This is one of the reason I wanna learn Mandarin more than any other languages in the world. In addition, able to communicate in Mandarin can be very advantageous as Malaysia is a multiracial country with Chinese as one of the races in Malaysia.

Besides knowing what they are talking about, we can approach them naturally and chatting with them about other things besides talking about English. This way, they will feel more attached and comfortable being with us. In addition, they will be more open when talking with us if we know how to use Mandarin with them.

Experience 4

Hello everyone,

This week is the same as the other weeks. Teaching is quite interesting as every time I step into the school ground, students will greet me, "Good morning, teacher", "Assalamualaikum, teacher" or "Selamat sejahtera, teacher". I found these actions as very heartwarming and this culture among the students is one of the motivator that always motivate me to continue teaching and increase my passion to become a teacher. These innocent and pure students need to be taught in order to prepare them before they face the challenges in the real world.

In addition, becoming a teacher is the perfect platform to harness the talents of the students. This is because I believe most of the students have their own hidden talent and what can a teacher do is to develop and instill their talents to higher level, not only teaching them in class about the compulsory things. Self-development of the students is necessary to promote a better future for them.

Talking about my teaching experience for this week, I discover another problem during my teaching practicum in this school. This problem by my students is quite annoying for me. During the English time which is during my class, there are some students who do works for the other subjects. While I'm teaching in front, they naturally do Mathematics and Science works in front of me and daringly ignore my teaching.

From what I can see, they might have no interest in learning English and didn't pay attention in English class. As the result, they didn't write or finish the notes and works that I gave them. This problem is very disturbing as the students will miss my lesson just because they did other subject's works in my classes. To solve this problem, what I usually do is I will ask them questions that are related to what I'm teaching in front and they are not allowed to sit before they answer my questions correctly. This method will cause the students to stop doing other works during my class and pay attention to my teaching.

Experience 3

Hai,

Teaching in a real school instead of teaching my own friends in the micro-teaching course is totally different. The set up is already different where in micro-teaching classes, we can plan what we want our students to be like and how they behave like they will behave or do what they are supposed to do. In school, it all happens naturally where the students will do what they want to do and feel. They never lie in their actions.

Because the students act naturally, it leads to many problems done by the students. The most problematic one is their discipline. Discipline problems are very hard to handle as I am a new teacher and I don't know what action should I take. Rather than other student's problem, I should focus more on the problems that arise in my own classes, Class X and Class Y. After teaching them for a few weeks, I realized that there is a problem that always done by my students in both classes.

A few of my students in both classes are very talkative. Thus, they like to talk with each other regardless of the situation, even when I'm teaching in front of them. I find this problem is rather disturbing and problematic in many ways. The students usually like to gossip with each other or chatting about things that are not in the books. Not only they are talking, they don't even pay attention to what I'm teaching.

This problem affect not only my concentration in teaching, but at the same time, it disturbs the other students who are paying attention to my teaching. They will lost their concentration and cannot focus to their studies. To solve this problem, what I do is I will use the silent treatment method to the whole class. I will stop teaching in front and just look silently at those who are talking. Most of the time, this method is very effective because they will feel curious about what happens as the situation suddenly becomes silent and stop talking when they saw me just standing there and looking at them with angry expression. In addition, most of the time, other students in the class will also advice and stop the talking students from talking. They will feel guilty and ashamed because they were advised by their own friends. I will only continue my teaching after all of them stop talking and pay attention to me.

Experience 2

Hello again,

This is the second post on my experience teaching in a secondary school for the first time. Currently, I'm teaching 2 classes and both of them are Form 4. The first class ranked as second and the other one ranked as ninth among twelve classes of Form 4. This is quite interesting for me as a new teacher because I'm expecting to see if there is any difference between these two classes as they are rather quite far from each other in term of their class ranking.

Class X (the 2nd class) is quite a good class to begin with. They respect me the same way they respect other teachers although I'm their new teacher. First time entering their class, I was very nervous and thought about many unnecessary things such as what if they didn't reply to my questions or what if they find my teaching boring? What should I do if that is the case? Unexpectedly, my first time teaching them went quite well. They understand what I conveyed to them and most of them didn't hesitate to ask to ask me if they have something in mind.

On the other hand, Class Y (the 9th class) is quite different, both in positive and negative aspects. Positively, they respect me as a teacher and I found them quite talkative. They're talkative both when I'm just chatting with them and even when I'm teaching in front. From they way I see it, maybe they aren't interested in learning and they might just want to get attention from the teacher. My mentor teacher advised me to chat with them when they initiate a conversation with me. Who knows maybe we will understand what they are thinking and avoid judging them from the way they look. Lack in language competency might result them to be not interested in learning English.

Since this in the first week teaching the students, this is not the right time to draw a conclusion. I need to approach the students and learn to think the way they think.

My second week

Hai again,

My second week is my first week of teaching. The first class I went to is the third- rank class. I was so happy that I able to teach the good students and I even planned carefully my lesson plan. I also prepared my own handouts consists of comprehension questions. However, I was shocked at the students' response.

They ignored my teaching, talking and the worst part, they didn't even look at my handouts. I was so sad thinking that I spent hours making the handouts and planning for the class and the result was a disaster. I spent most of time walking around the class forcing them to look at my handout and do their work. I even speak  loudly  to attract their attention. All of my strategies I used, failed. In the end, I can't finish the whole lesson.

On my way back to the teachers' room, I kept questioning myself whether I am a good teacher or not. I even doubt my teaching passion. I almost gave up.

Then, on the next day, I have to teach another class, the fifth-rank. I didn't prepare too much as  I did previously because I believe that I need to check the students' attitude first before planning my activity. However, I provide handouts for the students as my teaching aid. I did not expect much for this class because based on the previous class, I don't want to be  disappointed. However, this class took me by surprise. The students in this class are totally opposite from the previous class. They are eager to learn in my class and even joining me in the discussion. Although they are talkative (they love to talk), they took part in my class activities. I was happy on that day.

Nevertheless, I decide not to give up on third- ranked class because I believe one day I can manage the class. Though it may take some time. And I hope the fifth-ranked class maintain their eagerness until the end of my practicum.

That's all,
Thank you.

My First Week

Hai there,

On my first week of teaching practical, I was very excited and nervous. Why? On the first day, there are lot of questions pop up in my mind. What is like to be a teacher? Who is my mentor? Which students do I get? What should I teach? And so on.

Thank God, the school people welcome us with warm hearts. Each of them is friendly and nice to us. It makes me feel less nervous and more comfortable.

For the first week, my partner and I are busied surveying the school compound. This is for our ROS (Rancangan Orientasi Sekolah) project. We took a lot of pictures and interviewed number of teachers regarding the school administration, timetable, co-curriculum, curriculum, etc.

We even observed a few classes (especially the Form 4) to get clearer view of the classroom. From our observation, we found out the school has many problem with the students discipline. We get a lot of advices from the teachers in the school to handle the discipline students.

While doing my teaching practical, it brings back my school memories as a students. However, this time I'm a teacher.

My First Week Teaching at SMK Secret (Week 2)

This is about my second week in SMK Secret. However it is actually my FIRST week TEACHING at SMK Secret. For my first time before entering that class, I feel happy as this is my first time i will teach the future generation that will lead our country to a brighter future. However, when I finished teaching them, I felt like I was released from a prison. This is because actually they always make noise and cannot speak or understand English. At the end of the week I felt like the class becomes better from day to day. Maybe this is because I have started to be like the students or maybe I have become immune to my students' behaviour. I don't really know as i feel like this upcoming week, it will be better than this week.

My Wonderful Moment at SMK Secret (Week 1)

I arrived at this school with very high spirit..:-) During my first meeting with the PK 1 of this school, I got to know that there is 92% of Chinese students at this school.. Wow!! What an interesting statistic for me as first timer.. I started to think that "Well, you have to learn a lot about them." This is going to be different from my past experience and form my theory class as I could see the environment, the situation, the scenery is very much different. My introduction to the staff room has made me happy being here as the teachers are very friendly and very understanding. They welcomed us in such a way that we could not ask for a better one. We got to know each other and that pleased me very much..
What a wonderful first day for me!!:-)

For this week, I did not start teaching yet. I have got the chance to observe a class where an excellent teacher conducted and other than that, I have nothing to do except finishing my ROS. But I would like to share on my experience talking to a Chinese boy. On my way to the class, I met a boy who was walking to the toilet. He asked me "You sapa?" and I said "I am going to be you teacher." Then, he just went without giving any word or smile to me. This is what very interesting to me. As a first timer being in a different community, I was shocked to face this kind of situation. I thought maybe they did not like me or they wanted to show they did not care for who I am. That is where I got it wrong. After talking to a teacher, I got to know that the situation I have faced is actually normal. It's not they hate me, but that's how they interact.. I was shocked but still that was something interesting to know..:-)

First Week at SMK Secret (Week 1)

Hi, this is about my first week at SMK Secret. I still remember about my first visit in this school. Teachers in these school always friendly when they meet any outsiders like me. The first teacher that greeted me was, lets just name him as Cikgu "Poyo", this is because he always said "poyo" just like it is his trademark. Then another teacher greeted me although I felt shy and nervous. after a while, I started to feel comfortable in this school. Besides that, Cikgu Poyo also invited me to join him cycling in the woods through rough terrain or he called it as off-road cycling. That is the way that he used to make me more comfortable with the teachers in the school and I just make a fast move by accepting the invitation.

Experience 1

Hai,

I'm a practicum teacher who is currently teaching in a secondary school in Johor. Since I am a new teacher, this is the first time for me in teaching real students in real life and there are a lot of new things that I have never seen before during my study in the university. The experiences that I gains here cover many aspects of being a person who is called a teacher and it is a little bit different from what i have learned in theory classes. The first thing that I want to write in this post is that I was caught off guard by the realities of teaching. Of course I thought that I will be busy, but busy with the students, not with other side works that teacher needs to do at the same time such as students’ administration, co-curricular activities and also other school’s programs. The first time I entered and sit on the chair in the teacher’s room, I can see that many teachers were discussing about their students among themselves. Most of them need to key in the personal details of their students in the online database by the Ministry of Education. There is a lot of work that needs to be done such as gathering the personal details of the students before they can key in the data. It is worse when there is problem with the data or the database itself. In addition, the first week in schools feels like crazy. I feel like I keep running around the whole weeks in order to gather information about the school that needs us to meet all the important personnel in the school. I learned that being a teacher needs us to be very fast and effective in doing our works.

Measuring Youtube Success Rate

Taken from REEL SEO.

How to Evaluate a Movie, Video, or Film Clip

To evaluate a movie, video, or film clip (or something from television [TV]) and determine if you want to use it for your research look for:
  • Purpose: Why was the movie, video, or film clip (e.g. found on YouTube, Hulu, or news site/TV station) created? To:
    • Inform
For example: how to do something (fix a drain, repair a computer, learn how to use a computer program). Give an overview of a recent event or issue.
    • Entertain
For example: good old-fashioned motion pictures (usually at least 60 minutes long; most at least 90 minutes long), TV shows (comedy/drama), music videos, celebrities (e.g. interviewed, doing bits), stories, pratfalls, jokes, etc.
    • Share information
For example: hobbies (knitting, cooking, gardening; some step-by-step), fandom (sightings of celebrities), familial news (new baby waving or smiling).
    • Advertise/sell a product or service (business/marketing)
For example: almost any product or service imaginable from automobiles to zumba DVDs, dog sitting to private jet services. Promotions of upcoming shows (theatrical, film, TV) or events.
    • Influence views, beliefs, elections (advocacy)
For example: candidate PR material, films on topical issues (education, environment, poverty, health, etc.)
    • Personal enjoyment
For example: pages created by people who wish to promote themselves and/or their interests/hobbies. These may have some or many of the above mentioned purposes. Some of these are aimed at a small audience of friends and/or family members. Others are viewed worldwide, some unexpectedly so.
  • Sponsor/Owner of Movie, Video, or Film Clips Found on the Web (Provenance):
    • Government agency: federal, state, city, county (address frequently includes .gov)
Governmental sites have "official" information such as presidential, gubernatorial, mayoral speeches and statements, agency employee output, laws, ordinances, proposed changes, and policies.
    • Educational: university, college, high school (address frequently includes .edu)
Educational sites give "official" representation for organizations that offer education. Film clips could include presidents' messages, news releases, etc. Movies may be university sponsored. Recent sports events may also be featured. Instructional materials may be featured on department and/or library Web sites.
    • Business/company (address frequently includes .com)
Film clips promote the company's goods and services--directly or indirectly. Company outreach, volunteerism of employees, and donations to worthy causes may be emphasized. Presentations from shareholder meetings may exist.
    • Association: professional, trade, entertainment (address frequently includes .org)
Film clips will be designed to recruit new members and provide information to current members and the general public.
    • News bureau: television, newspaper, radio (address frequently includes .com)
Videos will be actual news reports (some originally aired on TV, others born on the Web; also more lengthy interviews or detailed news stories than can be aired on TV). Film clips will promote upcoming newscasts or stories. Some of the stories may be of a documentary nature.
    • Personal (individual)
These videos are created for the enjoyment of the creator and his/her family and friends. They might also be aimed at potential employers. Some of the creators of these (even public officials) do not judiciously take into account that videos designed for personal entertainment may be viewed negatively by potential or current employers or the public. (This applies to still photographs as well.) Some of these are created on hand-held devices such as small cameras, Webcams, or cell phones.
  • Sponsor/Owner of Motion PicturesDocumentaries, or TV Shows (Provenance) (May or may not be found on the Web):
    • Major studio (e.g. MGM, 20th Century Fox, etc.)
    • Independent studio
    • Major network: ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, PBS
    • Personal equipment/shared studio
  • Content: Is the movie, video, or film clip organized and focused on a topic or story? What is the goal of the video*? Is there a central theme? Is there a narrative structure? Does it make linear sense? (Some items may be designed to be deliberately obtuse, but others are flat out badly made.) If it is a news report or documentary, who is interviewed? What questions are asked? Is the interviewee given adequate time to respond in the finished piece? Do phrases appear as if they might have been taken out of context? It is a "gotcha" interview or a sincere attempt to discover something informative or productive? Are any stereotypes (positive or negative) reinforced or challenged?
  • Coverage: Does the movie, video, or film clip cover the topic comprehensively, partially or is it an overview? Is it one of a series? Are additional videos* on the same topic planned?
  • Audio/visual Is the movie, video, or film clip well designed? Is the lighting adequate? Does the frame include what it needs to include and avoids excess? Does the frame jump a lot making it difficult to see? Is it blurry or have other drawbacks? Are the visual aspects clear in intent, relevant, and professional looking? Is the audio understandable? Is there a lot of background noise that makes it difficult to hear? Are the extras relevant? Are the props germane and appropriate? Is the staging of high quality (e.g. background not distracting, good contrast between foreground and background)? Are there captions (are they needed)?
  • Long-Term Availability: Is the movie, video, or film clip something that will still be available to be viewed later? In scholarly research it is essential that resources used to support something be available by others later--even decades or centuries later.
    • Is the video on a stable platform and is it likely to be available years from now to future viewers/researchers? This should not be a problem for widely-distributed major studio films (available on VCR tape or DVD), but it can and already has been a problem with many other videos.
    • Is it likely that the video will be removed from the Web site? (Did someone break copyright to put it up and will therefore be legally required to remove it?) Is the music group going to remove the video from a previous hit and replace it with a video of their current single? Is the news feed going to be changed as soon as the next big story hits?
    • Is the film clip so controversial that it will be pulled very soon because of a public outcry?
    • Is it a promotional piece with a targeted timeline that makes it likely to be removed? (E.g. upcoming city council, PTA, or other type of meeting, upcoming concert, show in a theater, or "happening.")
    • Is it something that someone will likely remove in the future because he/she is running for office/appointed head of a company/gets married/changes his/her mind and does not want youthful/middle-aged or previous activities and/or statements available?
  • Bias--political or issue stance (of the author or sponsor): Some movie, video, or film clips have an inherent bias that will impact everything that appears in them. Is the creator:
    • left/liberal?
    • right/conservative?
    • center?
    • an industry-sponsored think tank?
    • a political action (PAC) group or association?
    • a business?
    • a satirist (so the entire thing may be intended as a joke)? (E.g. The OnionColbert Report)
  • Date of Production/Revision: When was the movie, video, or film clip created? Is it an update? (Older movies, videos, and film clips can and do remain relevant and useful.)
  • Usefulness: Is the movie, video, or film clip relevant to the current research project? A well-researched, well-presented video is not going to be helpful if it does not address the topic at hand. Ask, "is this useful to me?" If it is useful, does it:
    • support an argument
    • refute an argument
    • provide examples (case studies, incidents, real-life situations impacted by something or someone)
    • provide "wrong" information that can be challenged or disagreed with productively
  • Authority/author Who is responsible for the movie, video, or film clip? Are all creators identified (writer, director, producer, editor, etc.)? Is the writer an expert in this field? What else has he/she written? Does the director have previous experience? Does the video have an identifiable, respectable creator? If not, the video must be used with caution in a research context. (If it is strictly for the viewer's entertainment, creator credibility does not matter. However, if some kind of action or behavior is encouraged, it matters a great deal.) News film clips: is it from a national or local news station? Local citizen or visitor with a camera?
  • Audience: To what type of viewer is the movie, video, or film clip directed? Is the level appropriate for your needs? Are the video's intended viewers:
    • general viewers,
    • students (elementary, high school, college, graduate),
    • specialists or professionals,
    • researchers or scholars?
*"video" on this page includes movies, film clips, television shows, and Web-only news or films. Or any other moving digital object of any kind.

The 22 rules of storytelling, according to Pixar

The 22 rules of storytelling, according to Pixar

#1: You admire a character for trying more than for their successes.
On Twitter, Pixar storyboard artist Emma Coats has compiled nuggets of narrative wisdom she's received working for the animation studio over the years. It's some sage stuff, although there's nothing here about defending yourself from your childhood toys when they inevitably come to life with murder in their hearts. A truly glaring omission.
#2: You gotta keep in mind what's interesting to you as an audience, not what's fun to do as a writer. They can be v. different.
#3: Trying for theme is important, but you won't see what the story is actually about til you're at the end of it. Now rewrite.
#4: Once upon a time there was ___. Every day, ___. One day ___. Because of that, ___. Because of that, ___. Until finally ___.
#5: Simplify. Focus. Combine characters. Hop over detours. You'll feel like you're losing valuable stuff but it sets you free.
#6: What is your character good at, comfortable with? Throw the polar opposite at them. Challenge them. How do they deal?
#7: Come up with your ending before you figure out your middle. Seriously. Endings are hard, get yours working up front.
#8: Finish your story, let go even if it's not perfect. In an ideal world you have both, but move on. Do better next time.
#9: When you're stuck, make a list of what WOULDN'T happen next. Lots of times the material to get you unstuck will show up.
#10: Pull apart the stories you like. What you like in them is a part of you; you've got to recognize it before you can use it.
#11: Putting it on paper lets you start fixing it. If it stays in your head, a perfect idea, you'll never share it with anyone.
#12: Discount the 1st thing that comes to mind. And the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th – get the obvious out of the way. Surprise yourself.
#13: Give your characters opinions. Passive/malleable might seem likable to you as you write, but it's poison to the audience.
#14: Why must you tell THIS story? What's the belief burning within you that your story feeds off of? That's the heart of it.
#15: If you were your character, in this situation, how would you feel? Honesty lends credibility to unbelievable situations.
#16: What are the stakes? Give us reason to root for the character. What happens if they don't succeed? Stack the odds against.
#17: No work is ever wasted. If it's not working, let go and move on - it'll come back around to be useful later.
#18: You have to know yourself: the difference between doing your best & fussing. Story is testing, not refining.
#19: Coincidences to get characters into trouble are great; coincidences to get them out of it are cheating.
#20: Exercise: take the building blocks of a movie you dislike. How d'you rearrange them into what you DO like?
#21: You gotta identify with your situation/characters, can't just write ‘cool'. What would make YOU act that way?
#22: What's the essence of your story? Most economical telling of it? If you know that, you can build out from there.

Joy of Happiness :)

Hi everyone :D I hope you are doing well.

So, yeah we finally done with the English Language Camp. I enjoyed the camp so much and it gave me lots of experience from designing the materials to handle the students. I can say that it was not that easy to come up with the materials for the students as for ELC, I in charged of the activities together with Nabila and Ka Mun. We need to alter the activities over and over again in order to meet the students' level. However, with all the classmates' help, all of us managed to come out with the activities successfully right? :)

This is my second time being the facilitator of English program. However, I like this English Camp the most because the participation from the students were great. Me as the facilitator enjoyed the camp and I bet the students too. I am looking forward to have more English Camp in the future :-)

Analysis on Evaluation Forms

Hello Ladies and gentleman!
I hope everyone is doing good. We are almost approaching end of this semester as we are just few weeks away from our final examinations for this semester. Well, I just finished on the analysis of the evaluation forms that we have received from our participants. It was all POSITIVE COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK!
Hurrayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!
We indeed rocked the event!

The video to cherish the moments

Here you go guys. The video is LIVE on youtube~~~. Wiii~~~ Go and check it out...  :)

A Sweet Ending

Dear all,

It has been more than a week from ELC but I believe that the memory and the output that we gained are still fresh in mind. It is the first ever language camp that we organised on our own with the effort of everyone in the class, starting from planning, getting approval, conducting and so on. There is nothing without flaw, even there may be conflict and differences in ideas at time but everyone was awesome in ELC. Undeniable, this will be one of the most memorable time for this semester.

For ELC, I was in charge of activities together with Ainul and Nabila. It was a good experience for me to coordinate the agenda of the day. I learnt in making sure everything will go smoothly, the way to have a better flow for the event, learnt to be more organised and detailed. During the dry run a day before ELC, I learnt on how to get everyone work together to ensure everything goes smoothly on ELC. It maybe hard sometimes as everyone has their own task. However, with everyone's collaboration we made it on ELC.

During ELC, that was not the first time being a facilitator in language camp. For the delegates of ELC, they are able to understand and speak and the lacking part is just the platform and confident in using English. The main thing that I gained out of this is the way to deal with different English user and understand their needs.

In short, I definitely look forward for any similar activities in the future in working together with all the TESLians.
Good job, everyone! =)

Flash-flash~ then, the end :)

Wow guys! It is officially a week ago we finish our language camp. How are you guys feeling? Well, for me, the language camp taught me a lot of things. Firstly, it teaches me that students can be shy when they first meet you. Hurm….since that is the case… I am going to make sure when I go to school I will smile brightly and give out positive energy when I do first introduce myself so that they won’t be afraid of me. Secondly, I learn that students can be talkative when they are comfortable.  At the end of the language camp, I remember that the students can speak English quite well. They are just nervous at first. Thirdly, I realized that EVERYBODY including the Faci loves CAMERA~. haha. I notice this a lot since I was holding one of the camera. well..I am very sure that you guys are waiting for the video to be posted in you tube. I going to post it here as well.  I will post it. Eventually.. hihi .J all in all, I think that the language camp is really fun and I would like to have it again. Wait for the video yeah? hihi….  >.<

A new Experience with ELC

Hello Everyone.

Finally, we are done with our English Language Camp 2012. With class cooperation, we have really done it successfully. For this, first of all I would like to thank to all of you, guys.   I really enjoyed to be involved in this camp. In my opinion it was really great job. Of course there could be some flawless  but I think it should be very normal for the first language camp of 3SPL. I believe that we can improve it  for the next camps or even in our practical teaching. There were successful involvement during the camp from engineering students. In my opinion, we could improve it in terms of games. During the games, I observed that some students felt bored and tired. Next time, we can avoid it to be happened by choosing more lively games with the large number of students rather than only in a group.  Nevertheless, everything was great in my opinion. Thanks guys for your help during the camp.

Finally that's the end for us

After weeks of preparations for the camp, finally we have come to an end. Even though we faced lots of obstacles, but those obstacles did not damp our spirit and energy to deliver the super awesome English Language Camp. I learnt a lot from this camp, from being as the part of organizing committee and being the facilitator. It's not easy but we finally made it.

At here, I would like to express my gratitude to everyone of you guys (+ Mr. G) as for every thing that you guys have done, and also I also want to apologize if I made any mistakes.

As a conclusion, I wanna tell you guys that I enjoyed the camp, how about you? Do you had fun? :D
