What do I learn from the training session (Akma)

Assalamualaikum and Hi everyone! 

In the training session that I have gone through with two of my team mates which are Chang Jia Jen and Eng Yi Fong, we have played a game named 'Name Six' which needed the students to play in a one big group, they were sitting in the circle and there is one person will stand outside the circle and choose one player to name six things that he or she wanted to for example, name six things which are green in color. The player who was chosen by the person who are standing outside the circle, must named the things before the stuffed animal goes back to her/him. If the stuffed animal (bear) reached her/him, he or she considered lost the game and they need to take turns to stand outside the circle.

From the training session, which I and my team mates conducted, I have learned something from it. The most important things that I have learned is that a teacher must come out with a back up plan. This is because when we as a teacher have come out with the lesson plan, but sometimes the situation comes as not like what we want it to be. So the teacher must think faster or might have a backup plan for her/his lesson. From our training session for this game, the arrangement of the class is not well-arranged. The chairs and the tables cannot be moved so the students cannot sit in the circle so we have to come out with another plan which are let them sit on the chair in the circular shape. 


All in all, what I have learned from the overall training session is that we as a teacher must have a better control to manage our students especially to let them play a game inside the classroom. Clear instructions are also important. On top of that, demonstrations of the game are a must to let the students see the pattern of the games.
