Hi everyone,
Well, what do I learn from the training
sessions? There’s a lot! First of all, I learn that we should not put high
expectations on everything that we have provided for the game. This is because
sometimes we make mistake that somehow what we have planned will probably
changed to into something else. As an example, we expect that each of the
students will understand our instruction, but then when they are playing the
game, they make a lot of mistakes. This probably make us feel bad and
demotivate because of the flaws. Besides that, team work is very crucial during
the training sessions. When some of our friends are having difficulties in
demonstrating their game, we should help and support them even though they are
making mistakes through out the game. The foremost is we need to create an interesting
and meaningful game. Students need to learn something from the game apart from
just having fun while playing the game. We always thought that creating a fun
and good game is hard. What we need is creativity and intelligence. Try to
think out of the box and make it fun as possible. It is also essential to attract
students’ participation when we create a game. A good game is when everyone is
having fun and get the benefits from the game.
Good luck everyone~
Yes, you're totally right, Esther! We had good support from each other and I think all the changes and creativity really helped a lot.
