One Day Before the Negotiation Camp (Intan)

Assalamualaikum and Hello everyone,

Initially, we have divided the tasks into different parts. Each of us has our own roles to do for the preparation of the negotiation camp. Akma and I were responsible for multimedia, the pictures and videos that are needed for the camp.

Previously, as Mr.G had wanted, we were required to have different people to capture the moments of the camp. So, we have a total of 6 slots that require 12 different people to do this.

One day before the negotiation camp, we had our last meeting and Akma and I had decided to divide the tasks. We have a list of those who were not the facilitators and the game masters which I had asked from Seha, the vice director of the camp.

As we have discussed with the others during the meeting, there were no problem in dividing the slots. All of the us agreed with the slots given. I have also ensure that the game masters' games do not clash with their multimedia tasks. We have also discussed who are responsible for pictures and videos.

I had suggested that the pictures and videos were taken into two different cameras so that it will make it easier for the documentation  task. There will be only three major cameras for the photographs, videos and fun pictures. I really hope that there will be no major problems for the negotiation camp.
