On the day before the language camp, we have held a final
meeting for a final briefing and clarifications before the D-Day arrived.
However, as many of us have probably mentioned, we ran into some unexpected
trouble, in which the venue for the negotiation camp have conflicted with the
people from the martial arts club. The tension in the atmosphere was high, and
you could almost hear the tension in the air crackle (nah okay I am just
exaggerating). The issue was somewhat safely handled, however, so we went on
with other things we need to discuss with for the final touch ups.
We Game Masters also convened a meeting between us Game
Masters and facilitators to practice on how to deliver the instructions for
each game, and to smooth out whatever clarification that needs to be answered
before the execution of the game on the next day.
After all, there was a ray of hope when the martial art kids were defeated by our three musketeers. Dzamir, Syafiq and Chang. hahaha

ReplyDeleteHi,Sara. As you had mention that we had prepared for our language camp and had a last meeting before the language camp but it still had some problem that we cannot expect happened. We try to find the best ways to solve the several problems that we faced. I think all of use done well although it is not perfect. I think all of us have prepared for the language camp. We practice several times in giving instruction, understanding the rules for every game. I am one of the facilitator so I try to practice the games with my partner, shahirah.
