My Responsibilities for the Language Camp (Syahirah)

During the camp, I was assigned to be one of the facilitators. For me, being a facilitator is not an easy task. Before the camp starts, I need to know the games that are being played on the camp.  I also need to study and know the rules for each game so that I able to explain it to the participants. In order to know they flow of the games, we as the facilitators had tried out all of the games. Once we tried those games, we can see how the games will be going on that day. I think it is good for the facilitators to practice all the games as once we experienced the games and we know what the participants of the camp feel when playing the games. So, it is easier for the facilitators to guide and help the participants.

Instead of the rules of the games, I also need to know the rules of the camp too. As a facilitator, I need to make sure that all of the participants in my group follow the rules of the camp and be disciplined all the times.  I think all of us had tried our best and put a lot of effort to make this game run smoothly.
