The truth is, this is my first time with a blogger. Kinda psyched really...
I guess all journey must have a beginning, and P.L.A.Y>D.A.Y's journey begins when we started searching for the best venue for it. As most of the COSMICteslians are in Kolej 12/13, it was obvious (for K13ers at least) that the best venue shall be Dewan Seri Kencana. At first the administrators said it was okay for us to use it, yet when it comes to approving it, the answer was always the same. "The Pengetua is not in lah. No idea lah when she'll be in the office." Finally, as we were running out of time, Dalea approach Madam Pengetua and her answer was shocking. "No activities allowed except college activities. Go and use the classrooms at the faculty." What a girl to do? Find a new venue! So Sal and I went to KTF, asked about using their hall and luckily, Pn Kay (the Pengetua) was in. We meet her personally and the answer was positive.
On that day, Diana L, Dalea, Wati and I were the first to arrive at the hall. The funny thing was, we couldn't find the peg lock that fits the keys they gave us. We actually toured outside the hall 3 times. Finally, Wati found it and tada, we were in.
As been mentioned many times before this, we started a bit late. BUT we ended just on time. P.L.A.Y>D.A.Y to me proved that when we put our minds into doing something, we can do it. We had fun, but we have proved to ourselves that we are one. COSMICteslians. No boundaries, no walls between us. I guess it's true that we never actually sat down and try to get to know each other. So far we drew up ideas about our friends sitting beside us by a mere observation. What is their favourite colour? The insect that they feared most? Where did that scar come from? Do they really wanted to marry Bobby Deol? No one can an
So take this opportunity to appreciate your classmates. Get to them. And you'll get to know yourself even better *wink*wink*
I know my entry is already more than 100 word, but allow me to take this opportunity to thank these cosmically wonderful individuals.
First and foremost, my partner in crime – BAIZURA – for being so patient with me. I had my hands full and she stepped forward preparing the materials and handouts on her own. Thank you for being patient with the messy room. Those who had been to our room, trust me, the mess was all mine ;p Thank you also for the briefing and the demo. I was so excited with the camera.*wink*
My Madam Secretary DALEA. For always eager and excited to carried out my dictator-like orders. So talented at writing letters, she remained the secretary for Language Camp. xoxox
NINI – always the treasurer. Always a treasure.
SALINA – thanks to you we all received a manual each. About the typo error on the cover, it was my fault. Forgot to check lah. ;p
Girl in the car crash – LENNY – without her we shall have no mineral water. Her room was actually used to store those boxes. Thank you for being so responsible. Even though I personally remind her not to carry those heavy boxes alone (trice actually), she insisted of doing so. Bionic woman ;p
YANA , DIANA L. and DALEA (again? Hmm..) thank you for willingly ferrying our sustenance from K13 to KTF. I'll shall forever be in debt of your petrol.
To JEHAN – your hammer was a miracle.
To MR G, thank you for the positive comments, critiques, tips and guide. "It takes one to know one."
Finally, to all COSMICteslian, thank you for being there.
Phase 1 : checked
Phase 2 : On your mark. Ready. GO!
