On the 3rd of January we had our first meeting to decide on the committee members and the allocation of the different tasks to be undertaken by them.The most important of the day's agenda was to decide where and when the language camp should be held.Quite a number of us thought it would be convenient if we have it in one of the schools nearby.But, when it comes to voting, majority of us present wanted a school in the suburbs so as to gain more experience and adventure as some of them said.Well we all agreed on the venue, a near village school in Air Manis.Next we discussed the proposals and other sub committees like those incharge for transport.One of the PROs switched to the transport committee leaving only three PROS.Then we decided on the less important things like the T-shirt and so forth..(1/25/2002 9:30:09 AM) I have posted this to language game report instead of GAMEPLAN.I am transferring this to the right destination.
