After the Language Games class, Farhana held a meeting for all the committee members. She highlighted the tentative outline for the two-day camp, and all of us discuss about what needs to be added or modified.
In that meeting also, Farhana consulted us about four more events/activities that needed some volunteers to head and administer them during the camp, namely Treasure Hunt, Motivational Speech, Senaman/Riadah, and Siasah. We settled the matter right there and then, selecting the leaders for each activity. So these are the conclusion; Treasure Hunt will be handled by the programme coordinators, and the gamemaster and gamemaster assistant, the motivational speech will be given by Farizal, the Senaman/Riadah activity will be done by Marsha, Puy Yih, Norlia and Farah, while there's one person who will be leading the Siasah.
Lastly, we decided and picked a date for the briefing and materials revision and distribution to be held. It will be on Wednesday night the 30th of January. That is all for this moment.
