MINUTES OF MEETING FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE CAMP .

Agenda :
1 . Meeting is started with Al-Fatihah and chaired by the director , Farhana Mohd.
Hanapiah .
2 . Discussion about which school to go for the language camp . Matters arises is
Village school vs Town school . After a poll , majority agreed to choose to
organize this camp in a village school . Pros and cons of the decision had been
discussed earlier .
3 . Azura suggested that the camp be organized at SK Air Manis , Kulai on basis
that it is a village school but the distance from skudai to kulai is only 35
minutes. After a discussion , all members of the meeting agreed on the
suggestion .
4 . Appointing of more committee members . The new committee members
appointed today are :
Zarimah & Wahidah - Transportation .
Farah & Norlia - Fund/Sponsorship .
5 . Allocation of duties for the Board of committee members .
6 . Suggestion of the date for language games : 9/2-10/2/2002 .
7 . Discussion of fund .
8 . The meeting was adjourned at 9.50 a.m.
