Hello everyone! These is the minutes of meeting for our past meetings . Some of it was really outdated but nevertheless , a report is essential , right?I apologize for it as i ,as usual , don't have the access to the right computer with reliable internet streaming..tq!
MINUTES OF MEETING FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE CAMP Vol : 1.

Attendance : 21 / 29 ( Details of absentees are not available at time of publishing )

Agenda :
1 . Voting of program director . Result : Farhana Hanapiah.
2 . Allocation of posts for the rest of the students . ( Please refer to the "board of
Committees" list below )
3 . Mr . G gives out post-reports of previous batch's Language Camp for the class to read and visualize on how the language camp should be .
4 . Discussion about the venue of the camp. No decision made yet but Mr.G suggested on doing it at village schools on the basis that the camp will be more appreciated and the organizer won't have to go through the tough scrutinizing by the school and parents of students involved .
5 . Discussion on what to be worked on prior to the camp : Banner , t-shirt for the facilitators , opening and closing ceremony .
6 . The meeting was adjourned at 4.20 p.m .
